Mindfulness, Trust, and Intuition: Learning How to Listen to Our Inner Voice
With so many choices and possibilities available in the big city it can be difficult to know whether we’re on the right path and whether we’re reacting out of fear or listening to our inner voice of intuition. How do each of the voices sound and how can we tell which is which? Alison will give some practical tips for how to tell the difference, how to practice mindfulness in daily life, and how to trust and follow intuition. Learn tools that will help you navigate difficult choices big and small and help you live with grace, reducing stress and anxiety.

Praise for this playshop from past events:
“It was definitely a great moment from the conference: from trust in a commercial environment to a wider and more spiritual consideration of life, all this in a few minutes, bravo!”
Olivier S., Marketing at Orange (Mobile Provider), France
“I went to the playshop guided by intuition and it was exactly what I needed at the moment. I was walking around in the event asking myself how to meet and activate contacts with all these people. The playshop helped me to increase the attention on the here and now. After the session I wasn’t asking myself any more about the “how” but on the “do I feel it?” It was a small but powerful switch to activate my self-trust.”

Trusting Oneself So We Can Better Trust Others
The collaborative economy is built on trust. How much, what, and with whom we are willing to share our goods, services, space, and money is all dependent on how much trust we have in other people and institutions. How do we know when to trust others and when to say no? Alison will explore how to trust intuition, how to tell the difference between a “gut-feeling” and a fear-based reaction, and teach some practical methods to get in touch with our intuition so that we can better share.
